Group Yoga Classes

Lorraine offers group yoga classes through Balance Yoga & Wellness studio. She is currently offering a Beginners Yoga class on Tuesdays at 4:30pm and and Slow Flow Yoga class on Fridays at 6:30pm. To book a class, please follow the link below and sign up for classes directly through Balance.


Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions are available for beginner to intermediate practitioners. Whether you want to learn some basics before stepping into your first public class, or you want to workshop specific poses or sequences, a private yoga session can be a great way to meet your goals.
